NOISETTE is an online, home-based bakery with no physical storefront or walk-in location. We deliver in supported Islamabad and Rawalpindi areas. Pickup is arranged after your order is confirmed.

Delivery availability depends on your location and the freshness requirements of the selected products. Enter your address during checkout to confirm whether delivery is currently available.

For larger cookie and brownie orders or special requests, contact our team before ordering so availability and pricing can be confirmed.

Choose from the payment options displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery, bank transfer or Raast / JazzCash where available. Any deposit or split-payment arrangement must be agreed with our team.

You may request a change or cancellation before preparation begins. Once an order has entered baking or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Follow the storage instructions supplied with your exact product and batch. Keep products sealed and away from sun, heat and moisture; use refrigeration when the product guidance requires it. Our Storage & Freshness guide explains general care without promising one shelf life for every recipe.

Our products may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts and soy. They are prepared in a kitchen where these ingredients are handled, so cross-contact may occur.
