Where We Deliver
NOISETTE is an online, home-based bakery, with no physical storefront or walk-in location. Pickup is available only when offered with your order and arranged for the confirmed date and window.
Address-Verified Coverage
Enter your address at checkout to confirm the available driving route.
Order Processing
Pre-orders only; no same-day delivery. Orders placed before 11:59 PM (Pakistan time, Asia/Karachi) are eligible from the next day. At or after the cutoff, the earliest eligible date is the day after next. Closed operating days and unavailable dates are skipped. Choose an available date and time window at checkout; later dates can also be selected.

Orders are confirmed immediately after successful placement.

Your Delivery Date & Window
Supported Islamabad and Rawalpindi addresses currently have an estimated delivery time of your selected date and time window (no same-day delivery). The same estimate appears during checkout and in order emails.
Current windows: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM (Pakistan time). Select from the available dates and windows at checkout. Dates may become unavailable, and crossing the cutoff before placing the order can change eligibility. Checkout rechecks it before accepting the order. An order placed after midnight belongs to the new Pakistan calendar day.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery currently costs PKR 250.
Free Delivery is available when your product subtotal after discounts reaches PKR 2,500. Delivery fees do not count toward the threshold. Checkout confirms the final charge.
Changes, Pickup & Order Updates
Contact us before preparation or dispatch if you need to change the address, date, window, or switch between pickup and delivery. Changes depend on coverage and availability; we will confirm any revised delivery fee, total and remaining balance with you. Pickup has no delivery fee. Please wait for our confirmation before travelling.
Our team updates dispatch and delivery status separately from printing. Printing a receipt does not dispatch an order, mark it delivered, or trigger a delivery-status email. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or unsuitable, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Failed Deliveries
If our delivery partner cannot reach you because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unanswered phone calls, additional delivery charges may apply for another attempt.
