By accessing the Noisette website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

Do not use our website or services if you do not agree with these terms.

Noisette offers freshly prepared cookies, brownies, gift boxes, and related bakery products.

Because our products are handmade, slight differences in shape, decoration, colour, size, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered product defects.

Product availability may change without prior notice. We may update, replace, or discontinue a product when necessary.

An order is considered received when it is submitted through our website or another approved ordering channel.

An automated message does not always mean the order has been finally accepted. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, payment, or custom requirements.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time.

Delivery charges, customization costs, taxes, or other applicable fees will be shown before the order is confirmed.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or another approved payment provider.

Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery dates and times are estimates. Delays may occur because of weather, traffic, high order volume, public holidays, rider availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete address and an active phone number. Noisette is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Additional delivery charges may apply when another delivery attempt is required because the customer was unavailable or could not be contacted.

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once baking, customization, packaging, or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

As our products are fresh and perishable, standard returns are not accepted. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered for damaged, incorrect, missing, or spoiled products.

Any issue must be reported within the period stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy, together with the order number and supporting photographs.

Custom packaging, corporate gifting, event orders, and bulk orders may require advance payment and additional preparation time.

Production begins only after the design, quantity, pricing, delivery date, and payment terms are confirmed.

Custom and bulk orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded after preparation has started.

Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens.

Although we try to provide accurate ingredient information, our kitchen is not guaranteed to be free from cross-contact.

Customers with serious allergies should contact us before placing an order and decide whether the products are suitable for them.

You are responsible for keeping your account details, password, verification codes, and login information confidential.

Information provided during registration or checkout must be accurate, complete, and current.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not use the website to:

• Place fraudulent or misleading orders.
• Attempt to access another customer's account.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with website operation.
• Copy or misuse our content, branding, or product photographs.
• Harass our staff, delivery partners, or other customers.
• Use the website for unlawful activities.

The Noisette name, logo, product names, photographs, packaging designs, text, website graphics, and other original content belong to Noisette or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, or use this material for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Noisette is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, delayed delivery, service interruption, or misuse of our products.

Our total responsibility for a valid claim will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

We encourage customers to contact us first so that any complaint or dispute can be resolved fairly and promptly.
